The story behind the name? We love our talented baker friend, Pat, who hacked her favorite Mediterranean biscuit recipe using our SauFennel Mix. Her recipe turned out fenn-tastic, and Pat let us keep the recipe, obvi!

All-purpose wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, olive oil, A Sweet Soirée Mix, Sugar, and fresh lemon juice. *May contain Nuts. We also offer gluten-free versions made with gluten-free flour.

I met one of the owners at the Horsham Holiday Farmer's Market. She was super friendly! I am NOT vegan, but I thought I would give the "Pat's Vegan Tea Biscuits" a try.
